- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Perishable goods such as fruits, unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount coupon.
